Aboriginal children were taken to the institutions or fostered by non-Aboriginal families in the mid 1800s-1970s.This is a sad history in Australia. Aboriginal children could not grow up in their families. This was traumatic to the children and their families. The children who left their parents maybe were abused in physical sexual and emotional ways.I think this is a wrong history. The government should say sorry to Aboriginal people The same thing should not happen in the future anywhere in th world.
